Construction is the cornerstone to development and Fryd Properties is the culmination of three generations of builders. Ben Giller, founder of Giller Construction, started in 1939 as a concrete subcontractor and was later joined by Isaac Fryd to form Giller & Fryd Construction, a general contracting company. Finally, Jonathan Fryd, a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction and a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida since 1986, created with his father, Isaac, Fryd Construction, which later became Fryd Properties

Fryd Properties has been involved in the development and construction of over $75 million in property, with expansive experience from renovation to new construction in apartments, retail and office spaces. As a preferred builder for both Southern Bell and the United States Postal Service, Jonathan Fryd oversaw numerous office renovation projects. As property managers Fryd Properties has overseen dozens of tenant build outs.
